Kathryn is CEO of Decoded, a technology education company she co-founded in East London in 2011 with a promise to teach anyone to code in a day. Today, Decoded teaches in over 85 cities globally, delivering face-to-face and online learning experiences spanning future skills such as coding, AI, blockchain, and cyber security. In 2014, Kathryn was part of the successful campaign to have coding introduced as a mandatory course to the UK national curriculum. She is Chairwoman of the UK Institute of Coding.
